I worked at International Airlines Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great people, lots of talent.

    Cons

Salaries are low comparing to the industry.
Even though you work in aviation, you have absolutely NO PERKS! None.
Parent companies work independently and its hard to establish one way policies.
The cliché of being just a number, really applies here.

    Advice to Management

People first, the rest will unfollow ant it could be great and productive if only, you´d put people first.

    Application

The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at International Airlines Group (Barcelona (Spain)) in January 2017.

    Interview

Process through Recruitment Consultancy who did first approach and interview. Following a second day with a presentation of company, a role play and personal interview in English. Third interview over the phone during one hour with it would then be my direct manager
