I have been working at International Arts & Artists as an intern (Less than a year)
Great Staff and Co-workers
Bosses want you to succeed and hear your ideas.
Lots of ability to work independently and in group settings
It is a 9-5 job/internship
Little or no pay
I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at International Arts & Artists (Washington, DC) in April 2015.
There are generally two rounds: the first is sending resume and cover letters. Then they select four candidates for interview. They have about 20 questions being asked one by one. Few behavior questions mainly are facts-based illustration about your quality. Some questions are professional knowledge test.
