Great perks for employees, they certainly go out of their way to make the culture here one that people want to come to. On site cafe, coffee shop, gym, and other amenities. Pay is fair and if you're in sales, the SPIFFs and travel bonuses are awesome. Tons of discounts on travel plus a good working environment. There's a few bad apples here for sure, but overall a great company to work for.
Depending on your personality you can find fault with everything but at ICE, it's a free and open environment where you can do well. I avoid office politics and it suits me well.

Don't be afraid to cut the cord on toxic employees.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at International Cruise & Excursions (ICE) (Phoenix, AZ).
Compete application, they will contact you to set up a face to face interview. At which time they test you & show you the office & if you pass hire you on.
