I have been working at International Paper full-time
Great retirement and other benefits including time off.
Rotating 12.5 hour shifts. Long hours of repetitive work.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at International Paper (Myrtle Beach, SC).
A three day interview event. The first day was speed networking and a IP careeer fair. You had the opportunity to visit with current REACH engineers and mill managers. The second day was a mill tour, team building exercise, and interview. The interview was in two phases. All questions were behavior based. Phase one was 1 on 1. Phase two was 2 on 1. The final day was a breakfast. Overall, the process was very enjoyable.
