In 2011, The International SOS Foundation released a first-of-its-kind benchmarking study into the adoption of duty-of-care practices around the world; insurance was found to be no longer enough when it comes to ensuring the health and safety of travellers. The study has since been put into action – forming the world’s first Global Framework – which provides strategic guidance on how to identify the risks workforces face and where preventive programmes can be put into place to ensure the safety, health and security of employees when abroad.

    I have been working at International SOS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I have worked at International SOS for just over 6 months and I expected the novelty to have worn off however it hasn't, each day I go in I have a new challenge and an opportunity to learn something new. It's cultural diverse and the people I work with are brilliant in support me and having the same purpose.

    I applied online. I interviewed at International SOS.

    Interview

    I had gone through 4 rounds of interviews and they wanted me to do a technical interview regarding a product that was new and there wasn't a lot of information about, and I had no access to any information about it. During the inital rounds they made jokes about "living at the office". At that point I withdrew my application.
