I worked at International Student Conferences part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Since it requires volunteered contribution to the conference organizing, you can challenge your ability for self-motivation. You can build large networks with other young professionals as well as professionals in the field. Great to attain networking skills and team work skills.

    Cons

You can challenge your limit by having to perform your utmost best while not being paid.
