    Positive Outlook

I worked at Intero Real Estate Services part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Unlike some real estate companies, everyone that works at Intero is kind to each other and feels like a family. I loved all the agents at the Los Altos office. The few times I was at the corporate office I felt welcomed. JT and Tom are both wonderful to work for and have the best, most positive outlook on everything. They are inspiring and make you want to work hard. I would highly recommend working here as an agent with the amazing support team and fantastic training classes they offer!

    Cons

I do not have anything bad to say!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intero Real Estate Services (Rocklin, CA) in July 2014.

    Interview

Unfortunately I didn't stick with my plan of interviewing four brokerages. I met with the broker for Intero and he threw a great sales pitch, and closed me as a new hire.

He's a great salesman, but as a manager/broker he didn't fulfill my expectations. Maybe rainmaker types aren't good managers. In corporate America I had direct and honest feedback, as a Realtor, I found the job situation to be much less ethically run.
