I have been working at Interra full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I love the culture! The people are friendly, competent and hardworking. And the benefits are outstanding! I'm paying WAY less than I was at my previous work and I'm getting a lot more. My 401(k) will be at 15.5% (after it starts) - with me only contributing 5% - that's insane! I'm given the latitude to make decisions and I really feel like I'm helping people and contributing to our overall success. Management makes everyone feel included and the communication here is great.

    Cons

I honestly can't think of any.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Interra (Goshen, IN) in May 2014.

    Interview

I found the job on Indeed.com and applied online. Knew people who banked there who always had good things to say. I had a first interview, 1 on 1. I didn't get hired for the position I originally applied for however, I heard back a month later for a 2nd interview for a different location The interviews were easy going, friendly, and more conversational.
