I worked at Interthinx full-time (More than 5 years)
Flexibility of hours worked, production bonuses, competitive pay, good pto policy, ok benefits. Coworkers were great and about the only thing that made the environment fun.
No opportunity for advancement in our division, no job security and as a result low morale. It felt like we only heard negative feedback from management. Some dysfunctional management-attitude against improving processes or creating efficiencies suggested by employees.
Advice to Management
Great employees are underutilized- instead of these frequent layoffs, sales should be creating new opportunities or good employees should be repurposed and talents utilized elsewhere.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Interthinx (Los Angeles, CA).
Met with Dept Manager and Director. Thorough questions looking for insight to how daily workflow and issues would be handled. Met with both managers at once which was a little intimidating. Overall the process was average and I was successful. I enjoyed my time with Interthinx when it was a small, independent company. Nothing else to add.
