Neutral on the job and infrastructure for supporting the business model. The executives and lower level employees were fantastic and personable. Human resources was the most supportive; encouraging very family oriented support and individual life-work balances. The best and comprehensive benefits package - medical, vision, dental, life; fully paid premiums, a rarity these days.
Stagnant growth opportunities internally beyond middle management. Fiscally, the organization has far too heavy reliance on market conditions of enterprise companies. The organization would greatly benefit from new energy / fresh talent to reinvigorate the business model and bring innovative spirit back to all levels.
Advice to Management
Needs more EXECUTION to enhancing or revamping the business model to inspire employees. Get out of reactive mode to re-energize existing talent.
