9 hrs timing that need to me maintained daily.
Very little employee care.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Invenger Technologies.
Following are generally what's followed most of the time.
1. HR round : Just to check your communication skills.
2. Telephonic - Technical : To verify your basic skill set.
3. Face to Face OR Video Call - Technical : Test the candidate's competency in depth to figure what team he/she best fits into. (This round is generally the most important one where the team tries to know the candidate)
4. Interview with the team manager : This mostly is to discuss the Salary and date of joining.
