“If you’re able to work with your hands, you’ll never be out of work,” says former NASCAR driver Richard Petty, and Billy Lane, founder of Choppers Inc. and Sons of Speed. As their recent opinion piece shares, too few students are being empowered to pursue a career in skilled trades, despite how valuable and lucrative these careers can be. More and more skilled trades workers are aging out of the field, leaving significant shortages across the industry. The good news: more U.S. companies are taking action. “Nationwide, 34 percent of all companies have begun partnering with high schools and trade schools to drum up interest in the trades,” says the piece. Invitation Homes is thrilled to be part of that percentage, partnering with local schools through our #SkillUp initiative. We’re proud to support the growing movement to help students as they navigate alternative career paths.

I dont even know what to post in here. Its a real estate group. That means its opportunities. We can complain about down economy or find the opportunities. Its literally the best time to buy real estate. The reality is you have to do the work as an entity or individual to align yourself with movers, shakers, cashbuyers, sellers.
