Cons

Given multiple locations it is not possible to all be together often. If you like being in an office environment it is not possible with a distributed workforce.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at InvitedHome (Boulder, CO) in Aug 2019

    Interview

The interview process first began with a phone screening call then a one on one In-depth behavioral interview followed by an additional interview. The way they interview is very in-depth. They are looking to get to know the whole person not just how well you can talk about bullets on a resume.

In the past year, InvitedHome rebuilt itself almost from the ground-up. Our team has worked tirelessly to refine and retarget everything we do. Part of the reformation involved thinking critically as a team to answer some tough questions: Why are we here? What are we committed to doing? How do we want to do it? Everyone who participated in this process helped build the foundation that will support InvitedHome today, tomorrow, next week, and next decade. Additionally, everyone who lives up to these ideals in the future adds another brick to strengthen that foundation. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vM4Is
