    Long hours for Field Staff
The Healthcare First System is really bad and the computer guys have no control over it

    RN Case Manager Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Iowa Home Care (Marshalltown, IA) in June 2013.

    Interview

The interview process started with an application online and emailing my resume to the branch manager. After a few weeks I received a phone interview. Followed by an in-person interview. Once the interview process was over, you fill out a lot of forms that are required by the company and the state for employment. Once I had an offer, I had to go and complete a fitness test before the job offer was official.
