Good money straight out of college , junior level - soon realise it’s not a good industry wage for the hours you have to work

Cons

Stressful
No support
You don’t hit a target and they are all over you like a bad rash

    Very good -long but informative and clear communication throughout. Great insights into company ambitions. Interviewer was nice made me feel comfortable , some unexpected random questions to establish your personality which took the edge off
