- Benefits are robust: 4 weeks PTO, 13 holidays, great health benefits, focus on ancillary benefits like mental health, fertility, etc. - Small company solving big problems: lots of room to have bigCons
- Pace is very fast so if it can be an adjustment to ramp up- Have to be comfortable with some ambiguity; growing company so some processes are still being established

Had a phone screening and coding interview. Phone screening was standard, I gave an introduction and background. The recruiter was nice, I left feeling excited about company mission. The coding interviews were bumpy. I gave description of resume experience, and was interrupted by interviewer so that they could tell me how I *should've* done it instead.
