We created Sky Tweet, a utility that lets consumers control their TV set-top DVR with a Tweet. And we developed a new virtual reality platform named Chevy Co-Driver that lets car shoppers take dramatic test-drives right on the showroom floor. Much of our innovation work is done in Isobar NowLab: physical labs where we explore new technology from artificial intelligence to robotics, and determine their viability for clients.

Awesome view. Plenty of snacks and other amenities. Good group of people. Very good work life balance.
Experience can drastically vary based on project. Possible to find yourself on project where people just coast.

Invest in your people, think longer term.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Isobar (Chicago, IL) in January 2017.
Applied with a referral. Process took about 4 weeks total. Phone interview tech screening, in-person in Chicago. The recruiter was the worst part of the whole process. He was very hidden throughout, and after a great in person panel interview where I was told "what a great way to end my day!" And proceeded to hear the two architects banter about how well it went as they left the room and walked away.. I got basically froze out for a week and a half, when then I was told another candidate was a better fit. one of the most odd occurrences in the interviewing game I've ever been a part of. I never even had his direct email.
