I have been working at Ivy Enterprises full-time (Less than a year)

Ivy is the subsidiary of Kiss Products. Good products, nice building, and the decent place to gain work experience.

Management is very imcompetent and don't really understand their roles within the company. Too much micromanaging, demeaning and chastising of employees, does not provide adequate training. Managers although appears nice are really manipulative and rely on fear to control their employees. A pretty toxic work environment. There's a reason why so many people come and leave

    Advice to Management

Management needs to focus on how to improve performance and provide adequate training to employees for the overall success of the company. The management should not spend too much time trying to control their employees but spend more time creating good employees that will benefit the company.
