    I worked at J. Alexander's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I really liked working at J Alexander's because it was a fun atmosphere. The way we are trained is to help everyone out cause the customer is the number one importance. I moved up pretty quick from a server to a waitress too. I always made really good money there.

    Cons

Some of the managers that I worked with at the Colorado location were partial to certain employees but this was a while ago so things may have changed.

    Application

    I applied in-person. I interviewed at J. Alexander's (Boca Raton, FL) in March 2017.

    Interview

There are 2 interviews that last less than 5 minutes. The first interview was barely 2 minutes long and she only asked about work experience. The second interview was with the GM and that too was very brief.
