I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at J. Christopher's (Roswell, GA) in April 2013.
If they were in need of people you would most likely get hired, if not they won't even take applications or look at them again. The interview process was straight-forward. They ask you the classic restaurant interview question. It depends on the manager too.
