I have been working at J. J. Keller full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The culture at J.J. Keller is focused on taking care of their employees and customers and creating a healthy work environment. They put a lot of effort into training and coaching when you’re new. Remote opportunities with great benefits is a huge plus.

    Cons

Not a con exactly but understand that the job is all phone. If you don’t like making calls, it’s not the right position for you, but if you’re focused, disciplined and don’t mind dialing, it’s great. You’re paid to talk with people on the phone.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you’re doing. Positive motivation, plenty of rewards, bonuses, games makes the challenge of hitting daily and monthly goals motivating rather than tedious.

    Application

    I applied in-person. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at J. J. Keller.

    Interview

Very detailed and meticulous. Did 3 separate interviews (phone and 2 in-person). They were very specific about the kind of person they wanted. I came from an outside organization so I was excited to get a chance against internal candidates.

    Interview Questions

    • The testing they had me complete made the process very long, but I understand why they did so.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

Took awhile but they made sure they found the right person.
