ProsThey have been in business a long time and are still a privately owned company. Most of the management truly care about their employees and the company still feels like a family company.
ConsThe last two years were difficult times for the industry and bonus payments were minimal. J-W Power company is the only business left and is small compared to some of the other compression companies.
Advice to ManagementStay competitive with overall compensation packages.

InterviewYou submit a resume online at their website portal before they can even begin an interview process. Then they will contact you however you specify, however phone is preferred. Glass door is forcing me to use 30 words so here it is
They just asked standard questions that relate to the job. They lay out what is expected of you and your general job duties which are different depending on which district you hire on in.Answer Question
