I have been working at JANUS Displays full-time (Less than a year)
Your department is really a team, and you're seen as a person, not just an employee. The management really cares about you and your career growth, and wants to make sure that you're happy with what you're learning and accomplishing professionally. The more you put into your job, the more you will get out of it. If you express an interest in something or want to learn additional tasks, they are more than happy to find ways to help you expand your skills. Super encouraging!
This is not a job for lazy people. There is ALWAYS something to do, and if your own work is slow, there is always someone who could use assistance with their workload. There are always back-burner tasks, future projects, new software implementations, customer satisfaction checks, and upgrades to do.
Advice to Management
Look for the hard workers, the ones that listen, and ones with experience in customer service. Our systems can be taught, but work ethic is part of the soul.
One phone interview and two face to face interviews. Very thorough questions and basically character inferences to see how your critical thinking skills work. Second interview was with CEO, despite all the negative reviews she actually seemed quite the opposite, just a woman who's passionate about her company.
Reasons for Declining
The opportunity was exciting, I just had other offers on the table that best fit my career goals and needs at the time.
