I worked at JAS Worldwide full-time (More than 3 years)
Employees are dedicated to doing the best and are respectful to their coworkers. The opportunities are available if someone wants to take advantage. The Executives will listen if those who complain will put it in writing and put their name behind it. Like any post on the internet its easy to hide behind it when you don[t have to look in someones eyes.
Like every company JAS has common issues found in every company. There are those managers that don't take the time to sit and listen to the employees and just because one employee says it doesn't mean its fact. Especially when former a former employee complains and never says something constructive while their there.
Advice to Management
Take the time to listen to those other than people who are right around you. The company has a lot of great employees and if you listen to them and spend time with them you might be amazed at the ideas they have for the company.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at JAS Worldwide (Dallas, TX) in January 2016.
2 total interviews, both casual but focused. As a referral from an existing employee, the interview process was low pressure, as they solicited my resume vs me applying. Hiring process was quick, informal offer received by phone, then formal offer received by email.
