Good brand name.... that's about it.
Very average/low pay
Highly inefficient processes
Way too much red tape
Huge bias towards front office
Only select teams get invited to events
No culture - barely any teams talk to each other
Advice to Management
Cut the red tape, be more efficient and you will get more done. You have no plans of being innovative, nor advertise anywhere for new clients. Marketing is so outdated and non-existent.
