If you have luck and can take a beating day after day with no problems: -Good pay -Rapid advancement. It is a 100% commission based job with advancement being doled out by sales at first and then after the first level by how many people you can bring up to your level.
Brutal 12hr days, 6 days a week. Walking door to door no matter if its raining, over 100F, below freezing, or what. It takes an extreme toll on you physically and mentally after only a week. Plus, there is no guaranteed income whatsoever, you could go a whole week and make cents per hour if you don't turn the sales. Also, advancing sounds easily and simple, it is neither. If you don't have a lot of luck you can more or less forget about it. Once you make so many sales you come into a leadership position, after which you have to take newbies under your wing and try to get them up to your level. You can only advance further after you have brought so many newbies up and at least one of those people have also brought someone else up (2nd Gen Leader).
Advice to Management
Be honest about what the job is. To say that its not door to door sales is being deceitful at best.
