Simple and straight forward. Very conversational and easy, everyone who conducts these interviews are equally professional, kind humans. They don’t ask you for references, although I’m not sure if that’s normal policy or just my interviewer’s process.InterviewI think I was asked about group management with kids, what kinds of projects I had ideas for, etc.
