Mission: To provide a program that exceeeds our customers' expectations and maximizes their opportunity for advancement.
I have been working at JD Byrider full-time (Less than a year)
Friendly, Fun, a team effort all the way around. There aren't a lot of companies that give you a reason to believe what they sell, but J.D. Byrider is one of the few that I can stand behind 100%.
Unless you are actively asking and looking around for ways to go up the company ladder, you won't find much. You can't simply be content where you start, you have to improve yourself and prove that you have what it takes to move up, and THEN you need to ask if there are any open positions available. That being said, once you start talking to people, you'll find many helping hands pointing you in a direction that could really help you in finding the right path for your future.
Advice to Management
While there are a few job postings that are given out here and there, most of them are for either different cities and/or states from where you're at. A chance few times it helps someone stay closer to home, but if the place you start at is already close by your house, moving halfway across the state isn't the most helpful thing in the world.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at JD Byrider (Saginaw, MI) in March 2017.
Extremely easy and efficient. Although I didn't get the job, the employee that conducted the interview was really nice and made the interview more relaxed. She even recommended a few reading materials that she thinks will help me on my journey through life. Overall it was a good learning experience.
