JRRW Transport and its three trucks were purchased by JM Swank in 1974 to deliver food ingredients for its expanding distribution network. Today that network includes 80 trucks and multiple distribution centers throughout the United States. JRRW takes pride in having quality equipment and operates late model tractors that are leased and well maintained. Units are assigned to drivers and they are responsible for proper care.

Management works hands on with all employees and provides lots of learning opportunities for interns. There is a welcoming work environment and employees are always willing to help answer any questions that may come up. It is a great place to learn, while also providing a healthy work life balance. JM Swank cares about their employees.
The business is changing, which requires employees to be very flexible within their job.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JM SWANK (North Liberty, IA) in April 2012.
They couldn't really give me a day to day description of the daily activities. They also only had the sales reps do the interview when they should have had someone in the same position in the interview to help describe the job duties.
