I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at JMA IT (Kansas City, MO) in May 2015.
The interviewers described the job and then asked me technical questions to get a feel for what I was capable of. I also asked questions to ascertain what was involved in the job, what skills were required and what projects they were working on. In closing, they told me when they expected to get back to me regarding this job.
