The best part of this company was when I was activated for the military they gave me leave from my job for 3 years. After I came back the position I previously held wasn't available anymore (due to contract not them filling in my absence) and they got me a position at a different job for more pay!
The worst part was I was laid off. This is sort of the norm in contract working. But it set my family back A LOT and I'm the type to just take it so as one of the best workers it was hard to see less deserving people be kept.
Advice to Management
Really pay attention to your workers. Don't just keep the ones who have been there longest
