I have been working at JW Player full-time (More than 3 years)
- Great work environment
- Management is easy to communicate with and open to suggestions
- Open about business decisions and coming changes
- Unlimited Vacation
- Snacks and good coffee
- The sales department seems to be in flux and is constantly re-organizing
- Many changes have been happening structure wise, but understandably so with such rapid growth
