    Operations Manager Interview

Anonymous Employee in Niagara, ON (Canada)
    Accepted Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at JYSK (Niagara, ON (Canada)) in June 2017.

    Interview

Phone interview with HR, then on to an interview with the store manager and the district manager.

The role pays well, offered 48k to start. It pays well because it is not a good manager role but is a lot of work. They are having a hard time attracting good candidates company wide. No real business aspect to the store, more just a rented space with furniture and bedding pilled on skids. Not corporate infrastructure to support the stores. This all would equal and dead end job that you would be depressed to go to
