I have been working at Jack Henry & Associates full-time (More than 10 years)
Great benefits. Comparable pay. Leading technology company.
The only con is they have no plans to offer insurance as a retirement benefit. If they were able to do it, they would surpass all other IT companies.
Advice to Management
Offer insurance for 25 year + employee who retire.
I applied online. I interviewed at Jack Henry & Associates (Springfield, MO) in October 2015.
Expected 2-3 years professional experience for an entry level position like so many others, told me to look at a posting for data entry instead. No communication after the first phone call.
