    Pros

Progressive company looking to build on quality and innovation in a stuffy industry. Great work perks and travel opportunities to west coast wine country.

    Cons

For such a successful company, the compensation for management is below the industry standard. Expectations and pressure is very high.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Jackson Family Wines (Santa Rosa, CA).

    Interview

Responded to an ad & it took them more than a month to respond. The first interview went well & I was told I would come back for a second interview but the process dragged on and on with very little transparency or communication. Surprisingly unprofessional for such a high level position.
