I have been working at Jackson National Life part-time (More than 3 years)
They treat employees well; perks like end of the year bonus for full timers, Christmas party, company-wide baseball game; super nice building and amenities at Corporate. Part-timers, like myself, super flexible and decent pay for part-time; helped as I worked my way through a second graduate degree.
Most people start low ($13) and takes a long time, if ever to work up. It is cubicle world, ok for office -type people, but not a good fit for those who like to work with people, outside or with their hands. You can develop relationships, just over cubicle walls and your work is primarily on the computer and phone.
Advice to Management
Give raises to those who are part time over the years of service.
The process was a simple one they came to recruit from my university. So that allowed for me to gain a better feel for the company and the people that work there. The managers are great and they real engrained the companies values and traditions throughout the interview process.
