    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Jacobs Vehicle Systems.

    Interview

First an interview with HR, followed up by 2 more interviews. Each with a hiring manager, and that managers direct superior. They want to get a feel for which group would be a better fit.

Seems more intense than it really is. Pretty laid back if you can strike up a conversation.
