I have been working at Jahia Solutions Group full-time (Less than a year)
Jahia is a genuine, open, fun and rewarding workplace. Jahia employs great caliber people and Management is approachable, involved and team players. A healthy work/life balance is normal practice with good company and family values. This is a team where each employee has ownership and the opportunity to shine brightly.
Currently there are no cons
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jahia Solutions Group.
Jahia had little idea as to what type of person they wanted to hire or what they wanted the role to perform. I had four interviews, each of which was with a different department and wanted different tasks performed. The job role was as unclear as their hiring practices. Management had no idea what they wanted. What was sold to me as a client-facing, sales role morphed into 50% administration and secretary work.
20 hours of work into a demo, 4 interviews (most of which were 1.5+ hours), and they were still confused if they wanted the role to be filled. After almost 30 hours of work and communication, they never contacted me with a rejection reason or a even a simple, polite rejection. Complete waste of time.
Europe management arrived late to every interview and were obviously unprepared.
