Jam City Reviews

Pros
Great work life balance. Amazing coworkers and collaborative working environment. Pay is fair/great. Flexible WFH schedules. Incredible support and path toward diversity and inclusion.
Cons
Some elements of corporate structures creeping in that can lead to high pressure work environments, but they have good checks and balances to help prevent that from happening. Personal wellbeing is still a high priority here!
