I haven't found there to be any substantial cons.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Jan Marini (New York, NY).
Initial communication was great. Hr contacted me several times to book an interview. Then interviewed with the HR director who was very professional and nice. Next, she passed me on to the regional manager. She was nice over the phone although not punctual with the interview (she was late). I then answered her questions and she ended up asking me to write her a follow up if I had any questions etc....
I didn't even have time to write a follow up or thank you email when I then heard from the HR director saying that they were going to continue their search. Ok........

Sales isn't a requirement however, I felt that that is what they are looking for.
