I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Jan Marini (Indianapolis, IN) in August 2008.
They screen you over the phone as well as an in-person meeting. I would ask for references of other individuals that work for the company (in other regions) so you have keen insight as to what the corporate culture is like. I should have done this...
