I was a GM for a hotel they operated for just over 3 years. Probably one of the more personable and helpful group at the corporate office that I've worked with.
Conflicting HR views on employee appraisals, and disciplinary actions. Not much opportunity for advancement. Unwilling to stand up with employees in face of ownership
Advice to Management
Take care of your good employees. They are the ones that make or break you.
