    Pros

If you want to work day in and day out, without a life outside of this place, this is the job for you.

    Cons

Work and life balance was extremely difficult to manage. the 12 hour swing shifts easily caused burnout amongst employees and there was open discontentment for the work culture.

    Advice to Management

Raise pay - 8 hour shifts
