Good company bonding events, young staff, some associates are more willing to teach than others, lots of communication between departments
People quit and then their projects are pushed onto other people causing them to quit, training new hires to be helpful team members takes a while and not everyone has the time to teach
Advice to Management
Hire more people for PFP
Extremely simple, only included a single in-office interview with 3 partners, HR, and younger engineers. The interviews were very behavioral. We were prompted to pick a series of "buzzwords" that you value; i.e. "integrity, creativity, and teamwork" and had to elaborate on them during the interview.
