I have been working at Jawbone full-time (More than a year)

Building great products, both software and hardware. Tremendous opportunity, at the nexus of IoT/health/wearables/data Great people and friends. Not just an ad-tech, social network, or Uber-wannabe company. A meaningful mission which people are passionate about. Promising new exec hires (Sameer from Google, Jason from Groupon) bringing a new discipline to the company

Cash strapped constantly Challenging to focus Disconnected leadership Competitive and challenging space

    Advice to Management

Invest more in your people: offsites, tshirts, good working office environment. It sounds silly but it goes a long way, a dollar of t-shirt > a dollar of salary. Need to continue bringing in proven executive leadership Company way too obsessed with new and shiny distractions, need to focus on iterating and improving existing products, getting basics right.

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Jawbone.

3 phone interviews. 1. HR 2. Hiring Manager 3. Employee interview The process was simple and there were a few questions that were to see culture fit. The manager was very nice and was interested so see interests.
