I have been working at Jersey Precast Corp full-time (More than a year)
Multitasking activities is a big plus for new learner. A person has to work under and over his jurisdiction. Means every employee is supposed to work on behalf of at least three (3) different jobs but carrying one designation only.
Too many bosses...
Lack of planning...
too many responsibilities for every worker...
Advice to Management
Training is a must at all level of workmanship.
Please start giving some benefits to the employee for both physical and Knowledge worker.
Marketing Strategy is almost none.
Job duties and responsibilities must be assigned and do not force workers to do other than their assigned role.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Jersey Precast Corp (Trenton, NJ) in August 2012.
It took three (3) days for me to get hired. The interviewer gave me certain assignments from home and asked me to come on Saturday and Sunday as well. for all these three days I did some of the assignments given by the interviewer (Manager) and some other work like budgeting, estimation and scheduling.
I was told many times that US economy is very bad right now and so you are fortunate that you got here at least for an interview.
No one sent me here for interview or referred me, so I cannot blame anyone but my self only. Whatever salary was offered I accepted and since then I got raised just once (currently I am holding 20 months experience in this organization)
