I worked at Jewish Community Center part-time (More than a year)
I got to talk with everyone who came in and out of the doors and made tons of friends working up there regardless of age because of the daily exposure.
Having to wake up at 4:45 to open the building sometimes. It’s not that bad though, you get a lot of the daylight back that way.
Advice to Management
Keep doing you!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Jewish Community Center (Cherry Hill, NJ) in January 2013.
I was referred by a current employee and was asked if I would be available for a minimum of two interviews. I did a phone interview first, then came in for a face-to-face interview. I was asked about my experience working with children. They required at least 2 years.
