I have been working at Jewish Federation of North America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The benefits are great. Love the amount of holidays and the generous number of vacation days. Health insurance benefits are better than what most organizations provide their employees.

    Cons

Can't think of any cons. I feel very lucky to work here.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Jewish Federation of North America (University Heights, Cuyahoga, OH) in January 2017.

    Interview

Sent resume & cover. waited over 30 days for reply. Lengthy company specific questionnaire. To be completed before in person interview.
First Phone interview by HR, then invitation to meet with 2 dept managers.
Interviewers seemed very pressed for time, continually looking at phones while in mid interview, very unproductive and made me feel that my interview was an imposition to their day.
