    Advice to Management

Really need a better hiring process, need performance review system, need to be willing to get rid of dead weight employees. The human capital is lacking at Koons.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Jim Koons Automotive Companies (Cape Coral, FL).

    Interview

Met with folks from Chicago that were delegated with the task of opening Ft. Myers Volvo store. Nice folks, then I met the new car manager. Off the bat you could tell he was full of himself. He wore a white blazer with brown pants in the end of October. He looked like a Jersey pimp in an oversized jacket. Asked him how much the position they were offering paid and he said he didn’t know because it doesn’t exist. Steer clear of these knuckle heads.
