I worked at Jiva Infotech full-time (More than a year)
Company has a great scope and potential to become leaders in the eCommerce market space.
Its a great place to learn about new eCommerce strategies, exposure to multiple ERPs and various eCommerce industries. For freshers with technical profile, Jiva / i95Dev is a great place to develop technical skills which helps lay a strong foundation in their Professional Profile.
A proper Induction Program and Technical Orientation will help the new recruits to get acquainted with the company policies and its eCommerce products.
A set agile process and strict adherence to it regardless of rank and file in the company will help evolve both the employer and employees in delivering professional services internally and externally with highest standards.
Business Team needs a strong leader with product knowledge and should be able to facilitate required environment and provide guidance to Business Team members from Product Delivery PoV. Unfortunately, Business Team leadership had tough time achieving this.
Advice to Management
If entire top management envisions itself to be seen as future Leaders in Jiva, then they should read "How To win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie to inculcate motivation and love for work in their respective subordinates/Teams
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jiva Infotech in March 2017.
I applied online , got a call very fast , First round was technical , there were other rounds , but i went back home . The interviewers had 0 knowledge , they were rude and abusive .
