Below are some of the benefits we offer to all Jivers in the US, but it doesn’t stop there. We have employees around the world, and and we strive to offer competitive rewards programs and benefits everywhere. Performance-driven rewards may include cash, equity awards (we provide new hire grants to every new Jiver) or professional development. Our global JiveWell program spans all countries where we operate. We take the culture and social benefit programs of each country into consideration when developing our benefits offerings. 

BODY & MIND

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Jive covers 90% of the premium cost for employees. Our PPO medical plan allows you to receive covered services from any provider you wish. Employees in Northern California and Portland, Oregon also have an HMO option. The dental plan covers exams, cleaning and other dental services. Coverage for orthodontia is also included. Annual eye exam and glasses or contacts are provided under our vision insurance. LASIK discounts are available under the vision plan.
  • Jive Wellness Reimbursement Program: Designed to help Jivers live a healthier and well-balanced lifestyle, this program includes a monthly benefit of $25 for fitness and wellness activities.

We’re also a co-founding member of the Portland/PSU Collaborative Education Program (PCEP), connecting Computer Science majors with downtown Portland tech companies for 2-year rotational internships.

    Interview

    Spoke to three different people, all super nice, but no follow up. Once i reached out I got rejected with no reasoning, after a week of silence. Wasn't sure who the right person to get in touch with was, had emailed a recruiter and had phone calls with a hiring manager and head of department I think. Was really excited about Jive and the feedback I got honestly made me think I got the offer, but no :(
